We offer free shipping within Germany and to Austria.

FAQ

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Germany. We usually ship within 48h. Furthemore, we keep you up to date on the status of your order via email. Orders paid via credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Shipping to countries outside of the European Union

Any order shipped to a destination outside of the European Union, including the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. As the recipient, you are the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Import Duties and Taxes vary depending on the destination country, as well as value of shipment.

Mainka.co charges only the merchandise and shipping charges to your credit card. Import taxes and duties are collected by the international carrier upon delivery.

The shipping rate within Germany and to Austria is 0€.

Shipping within the European Union including the United Kingdom

We ship to France (€7.00), Belgium (€7.00), Denmark (€10.00), Italy (€10.00), Netherlands (€10.00), Portugal (€10.00), Spain (€10.00) and to the United Kingdom (GPB10.00).

Shipping to the USA and Canada

We ship to the USA (€15.00) and Canada (CAD23.00).

Shipping to Singapore

We ship to Singapore (30SGD).
